Job Description:

Under the direction of a project manager, operates construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, dingo, trencher, shovels, rakes, sledgehammer, pickaxe, concrete saw, jackhammer, backpack blowers and other hand tools. This is a physically demanding position. This is a hands-on position leading a crew of 3-5 people in the installation of high-end residential and commercial landscape projects. Ability to interact in a professional and competent manner. Reports to work in appropriate uniform, is punctual and maintains a high level of morale. Uses personal protective equipment correctly.

Minimum Qualifications:

Three years of job-related experience working with a professional landscape company. Fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish/bilingual is preferred. Ability to operate skid steer, mini excavator, dingo and a trencher. Experience installing sod, trees, plants, mulch, pine straw and the ability to assist in irrigation installment/repairs. Positions within this classification require a valid Georgia driver’s license (CDL preferred) and insurable driving record. Ability to bend, stoop, twist and lift 70 pounds. Reliable source of transportation to and from dispatching office.
