Great Estates Landscaping Names New President

Great Estates Landscaping, a leading provider of landscaping and lawncare services throughout middle Georgia, announced this week that it has named a new president,  Allen Clemons. Clemons has worked with leading national landscape companies and brings with him 30 years of professional landscape experience.

Great Estates Landscaping has been providing residential and commercial landscape services since 2005. Last year, Great Estates acquired Holder Landscape, operating in the area since 1990. Today the company serves more than 550 clients across middle Georgia.

“We are pleased to welcome Allen to the company. He has a track record for team building and driving revenue. Our priority is excellence, both personally and in customer experience. Allen’s values and past experience align him well with our vision,” said Keith Kelly, chief executive officer, Great Estates Landscaping.

In prior roles, Clemons led several hundred employees across multiple states.

“We are working to exponentially grow our business and we feel Clemons is the right man to lead the charge,” said Kelly.

“The ultimate goal is to create a business that operates with excellence, with a model that prioritizes the safety and health of its employees. We want our customers to always feel our goal is to add value with every opportunity and that we will perform our duties with a sense of urgency,” said Clemons. “We want to create partnerships with employees and clients based on integrity. Without hesitation, we will consistently do the right thing, even when no one is looking. We will be transparent, owning our mistakes and learning from each of them.”

Not only does Clemons have experience with regional and national firms, but he has also owned his own landscape firm. From 2006-2015 he owned, Atlanta Lawn Group.

Prior to owning Atlanta Lawn Group, Clemons spent 19 years with Nature Scapes where he started as a crew member to eventually become the Director of Operations.
